What you will do
- Collaborate with ODM Program Managers and PMO to define project scope, objectives, and detailed plans.
- Lead program execution and monitor accessory development with ODMs, managing timelines, prototypes, testing, and validation.
- Serve as primary liaison between Fairphone and ODMs for technical and program communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support ODM execution.
- Track program risks and issues, facilitating resolution and contingency planning.
- Support product certification, field readiness, and post-launch activities including failure analysis and customer service escalations.
Requirements
- Must be based in China (Shenzhen or Nanjing) with ability to work remotely and attend calls in Amsterdam time zone.
- BS or MS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluent in English and native Mandarin for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong project and program management skills with cross-functional coordination experience.
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycle, DFM/DFT, and validation processes.
- Experience collaborating with overseas ODMs and manufacturers.
