What you will do
- Spend five days per week in the field, meeting with providers within an approximately one-hour driving radius of your territory.
- Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
- Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into referral partners for patient nutrition care.
- Develop authentic, long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff, ensuring the entire office is engaged in supporting patient referrals.
- Help shape the Provider Partnerships function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up with strategic ownership.
- Strong professional presence and the ability to influence and connect across the entire office.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with quickly learning new systems.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with strong time management and organizational abilities.
