What you will do
- Manage and scale cloud infrastructure, primarily on GCP, using Terraform.
- Maintain Kubernetes clusters and implement automation with ArgoCD.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Improve observability and monitoring systems using Datadog and OpenTelemetry.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident management.
- Contribute to security compliance and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Fluent Polish and intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Strong self-management skills and capability to work in an asynchronous communication environment.
- Ability to learn and apply AI tools effectively to development tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS and GitOps patterns (ArgoCD).
- Background in software development (Python, Go, Elixir, or Node.js).
- Previous involvement in security tooling or vulnerability management.
- Contributions to open-source or personal technical projects.
