Location: This role is based at our riverside headquarters in Oxford or our studio in Warwick, offering hybrid options based on individual needs. What you will do

  • Write robust test plans for every feature, covering all paths, edge cases, and sneaky combos.
  • Hunt down risks before they hit production.
  • Think systemically about how features interact across the game and its systems.
  • Lead and mentor the squad, sharing knowledge and experience.
  • Communicate clearly with designers, devs, and production to spot and explain problems.

Requirements

  • Proven QA experience in the world of games.
  • Ability to craft detailed test plans without a guide.
  • Ability to think about edge cases, system interactions, and risk, not just golden paths.
  • Ability to mentor others and keep the team sharp.
