What you will do
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat within minutes of their inquiry.
- Follow up with the working leads in your daily queue who are currently in an automated sequence.
- Manage your call steps and respond to inquiries from hand-raisers who reply back.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Outreach.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in inbound sales or lead development role.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Outreach and Salesforce.
- High emotional intelligence, self-organized, resilience to rejection, and a “hunter” mindset.
