We are seeking an Executive Host-iGaming to provide white-glove service to our iGaming customers, manage a dedicated book of business, and execute strategic marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Manage a dedicated book of business of iGaming customers
- Analyze and maintain proper player reinvestment ratios
- Extend VIP-exclusive iGaming promotions
- Build meaningful relationships through phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Support teammates in the office five days a week
- Attend meetings with leadership to ensure job performance at the highest standard
- Maintain healthy growth amongst gaming metrics
- Engage in ethical and compliant behavior
