What you will do

  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and insights within customer journeys, including paths to key stages and understanding conversion funnel drop-off rates.
  • Develop data-driven hypotheses regarding the performance of leads and lead journeys.
  • Create client outputs such as monthly performance reports, dashboards, quarterly deep-dive reports, and other ad hoc analyses.
  • Actively collaborate with Experience Strategy, Analytics Enablement, Technology, and Data Science Teams to develop solutions.
  • Work within the broader team to improve data fidelity, availability, and accessibility for reporting and analysis.
  • Drive efficiencies by working to automate repetitive processes and support the QA/QC function across data-driven endeavors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math/Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years’ experience performing marketing analytics or similar work.
  • Hands-on experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Python for general analyses and automation needs.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint to interpret data and present findings to clients.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools.
  • Experience and familiarity with modeling tools like SAS, SPSS, or R.
