What you will do
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for desktop hardware, operating systems, and applications both onsite and remotely.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and telephony.
- Manage IT support tickets and maintain documentation of procedures and configurations.
- Handle IT asset management including tracking and lifecycle of hardware.
- Set up and maintain user workstations and peripherals.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including account setup and desk configuration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- 3+ years experience in a similar position.
- Native or near-native fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft OS and Linux distributions.
- Experience with VPNs, remote desktop tools, and basic network troubleshooting.
