Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can manage campaigns, guide team members, and ensure consistent performance across all digital channels. You will be responsible for driving growth, improving ROI, and aligning marketing efforts with client and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, and owned channels

  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, feedback, and performance oversight

  • Oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on ROI and scalability

  • Direct SEO and content strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic

  • Analyze campaign performance and present insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation across multiple campaigns

  • Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns

  • Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies to improve lead generation and nurturing

  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Proven track record of managing high-performing digital campaigns across multiple channels

  • Strong leadership and team management skills in a remote environment

  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)

  • Experience with paid advertising platforms and SEO tools

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance and optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

  • Experience managing international campaigns and diverse client portfolios

  • Knowledge of CRO and user experience best practices
