What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing B2B merchants, ensuring strong relationships and long-term retention.
  • Monitor payment performance metrics, identify trends, and address potential issues.
  • Analyze transaction data and recommend improvements in payment methods and geographies.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives by introducing additional payment methods or products.
  • Conduct regular client calls and quarterly business reviews.
  • Act as the voice of the client by collaborating with product, tech, and support teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success.
  • Strong background in fintech, payments, acquiring, PSP, or related financial technology.
  • Solid understanding of merchant lifecycle, payment flows, and transaction performance metrics.
  • Fluent Russian and strong English (B2+/C1).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
