What you will do

  • Manage and mentor a professional services team, overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and individual performance.
  • Drive operational objectives including utilization rates, margin targets, and timely delivery of SaaS implementations.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and CX teams to improve product deployment, support new business opportunities, and share customer insights.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career development planning for team members.
  • Ensure accuracy in time tracking, forecasting, and service delivery administration.
  • Actively participate in hiring and onboarding processes to support team growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Consulting and/or Project Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching, and motivating people.
  • Strong ability to analyze data to make informed business decisions.
  • Proven history of building partnerships with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in work estimation and presenting proposals/SOWs during the presales process.
  • Passion for customer-centric problem solving and long-term outcome delivery.
