What you will do
- Manage and mentor a professional services team, overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and individual performance.
- Drive operational objectives including utilization rates, margin targets, and timely delivery of SaaS implementations.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and CX teams to improve product deployment, support new business opportunities, and share customer insights.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career development planning for team members.
- Ensure accuracy in time tracking, forecasting, and service delivery administration.
- Actively participate in hiring and onboarding processes to support team growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Consulting and/or Project Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- 3+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching, and motivating people.
- Strong ability to analyze data to make informed business decisions.
- Proven history of building partnerships with internal stakeholders.
- Experience in work estimation and presenting proposals/SOWs during the presales process.
- Passion for customer-centric problem solving and long-term outcome delivery.
