Location: Onsite in San Francisco, 5 days per week

What you will do
- Lead and manage the customer-facing team responsible for driving customer value and product adoption.
- Own outcomes across multiple strategic workstreams, including customer projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships, both internally and with customers, ensuring alignment on priorities.
- Deliver customer projects directly while coaching and developing team members.
- Identify systemic opportunities to improve how customers realize value from HockeyStack and drive projects to address them.
- Partner with leadership to shape team strategy, resource allocation, and operational priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience, with a strong foundation in management consulting, strategic advisory, or a senior operational role at a high-growth company.
- Proven experience managing teams, having built, led, and developed people in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects with measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leaders.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear plans and outcomes.
- High-ownership mentality, operating with autonomy and holding yourself accountable for results.
- Excited about in-person work, 5 days per week in San Francisco.
