What you will do
- Monitor and analyze commercial and financial KPIs.
- Perform budget control (budget vs. actual) and variance analysis.
- Prepare executive reports and consolidate key business metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and other business units.
- Document and improve internal processes.
- Track costs and provide financial control related to commercial initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Finance, or PMO roles.
- Experience in reporting, forecasting, and budget control.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI (or other BI tools).
- Advanced English level (C1) required.
- Ability to work in international and structured environments.
