What you will do

  • Monitor and analyze commercial and financial KPIs.
  • Perform budget control (budget vs. actual) and variance analysis.
  • Prepare executive reports and consolidate key business metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and other business units.
  • Document and improve internal processes.
  • Track costs and provide financial control related to commercial initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Finance, or PMO roles.
  • Experience in reporting, forecasting, and budget control.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI (or other BI tools).
  • Advanced English level (C1) required.
  • Ability to work in international and structured environments.
