What you will do

  • Get familiar with product, technologies, systems & architecture, and start coding quickly within the Adverity universe.
  • Support product development teams with deep code reviews, guiding them towards better system quality and engineering practices.
  • Participate in shaping new features by contributing to PoCs and breaking down technical scopes.
  • Participate in strategic cross-product engineering initiatives and help product development teams towards pragmatic technical decisions.
  • Increase your impact beyond your product development team to the whole engineering team.

Requirements

  • Daily use of AI tools (coding copilots, LLM-based assistants) and ability to integrate AI reasoning and automation into workflows.
  • Fluency in Python and Django framework, with experience managing large-scale production systems and building REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies like TypeScript and React or Vue.js.
  • Skill in performing and validating AI-assisted code reviews, evaluating LLM outputs for correctness and architectural coherence.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for learning, experimenting, and turning new AI tools into practical, repeatable workflows.
