What you will do
- Oversee demonstration operations as RPIC or supervising pilot ensuring FAA and company SOP compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate Demo Pilots to maintain operational consistency and excellence.
- Develop and maintain training and standardization programs for demo pilots.
- Monitor demo operations across locations and ensure readiness of equipment and resources.
- Review incident reports and contribute to safety culture and operational improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, DFR Specialists, Product, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia.
- Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required.
- Proven RPIC experience in structured UAS operations, preferably in demo or public safety environments.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and company SOPs.
- Leadership skills with ability to mentor and standardize pilot operations.
- Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and work outdoors over 70% of the time.
