What you will do

  • Oversee demonstration operations as RPIC or supervising pilot ensuring FAA and company SOP compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate Demo Pilots to maintain operational consistency and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain training and standardization programs for demo pilots.
  • Monitor demo operations across locations and ensure readiness of equipment and resources.
  • Review incident reports and contribute to safety culture and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, DFR Specialists, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required.
  • Proven RPIC experience in structured UAS operations, preferably in demo or public safety environments.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and company SOPs.
  • Leadership skills with ability to mentor and standardize pilot operations.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and work outdoors over 70% of the time.
