What you will do
- Coordinate the end-to-end management within Moog for all Temporary Import Bonds (TIB).
- Act as the main point of contact between Broker, Moog, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Ensure accuracy of all documentation, including commercial invoices and packing slips, to match custom requirements.
- Maintain and organize meticulous electronic and physical records of all documents.
- Monitor and track all TIBs to ensure timely exportation or potential extensions.
- Identify and resolve issues/discrepancies that may arise during the TIB process to meet or exceed customer’s requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in import/export compliance, with preferred experience/focus on Temporary Import Bonds. Licensed customs broker preferred
- Solid understanding of international customs regulations, customs procedures, and TIB requirements.
- Thorough organizational skills and accuracy in handling complex documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal skills when communicating with internal and external partners.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- ACE Portal/ACE Reports experience required.
