What you will do

  • Define and own the end-to-end partner lifecycle strategy across multiple partner programs.
  • Design onboarding and activation strategies to accelerate partner revenue generation.
  • Create scalable workflows and identify friction points to improve partner experience and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a small team, providing hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Operations, Enablement, RevOps, Finance, Legal, and CX teams.
  • Measure and report KPIs to drive growth and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be located in one of the specified US states with remote work allowed.
  • 5-7+ years in partner strategy, operations, program management, or leadership in SaaS or B2B.
  • Experience designing and scaling partner lifecycle strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting frameworks and growth metrics.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
