What you will do
- Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap for the core claims adjudication platform.
- Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert on NCPDP Telecommunication Standards.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for adjudication features from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to scale the engine for high-volume transactions.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs related to claim success rates, latency, and financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to streamline manual overrides and exception handling.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical domain.
- 3+ years of specific experience in claims adjudication, pharmacy switch technology, or PBM platforms.
- Deep technical knowledge of NCPDP Telecommunication Standards (Version D.0 and beyond).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, data science, and operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data modeling to improve system efficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience incorporating EGWP guidelines into adjudication logic.
- Understanding of Medicare Part D compliance or OIG/CMS reporting standards.
