What you will do

  • Analyze website performance, user journeys, and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage continuous A/B and multivariate testing programs to improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and data quality across analytics platforms.
  • Create clear reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and design teams to inform strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Canada or able to work hybrid with presence in Toronto or Waltham, MA office on Wednesdays
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, business, data science, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in website analytics, digital marketing analytics, or conversion rate optimization.
  • Proficiency with analytics and A/B testing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights clearly.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or lead-generation environments.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems and SEO.
  • Understanding of UX design and multi-channel marketing analytics.
