What you will do
- Serve as primary technical advisor for CyberArk PAM customers across EMEA, managing full lifecycle from onboarding to long-term adoption
- Build trusted relationships with operational stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Provide expert guidance on self-hosted/on-premises CyberArk PAM and transition to SaaS solutions
- Support planning, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations of PAM solutions
- Collaborate with account teams, Product Management, R&D, Support, and Professional Services
- Represent customer voice internally and contribute to escalation scenarios
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of CyberArk PAM experience in complex or modernized environments
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience with Windows, Unix, Active Directory, IDPs, networking, databases, and IT security
- Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple customers and projects
- Preferred CyberArk certifications like Sentry, Defender, or CDE
