What you will do

  • Provide technical support and answer questions for students over an online community forum.
  • Facilitate content for students who get stuck in learning.
  • Host one weekly live virtual session to offer direct, real-time support to students.
  • Redirect learners to appropriate support channels and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • At least 7 years of industry experience or a master’s degree in the relevant field.
  • Strong expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD) including Pytest, scalable test strategies, and structured test suite design.
  • Deep understanding of design patterns (creational, structural, behavioral) and their practical implementation in production systems.
  • Proven experience designing microservices, multitier, cloud-native, and serverless architectures.
  • Solid grounding in systems engineering principles, including requirements analysis, validation, and system integration, and experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or SysML.
  • Experience teaching technical concepts and public speaking, organizing technical talks, or webinars.
  • Positive character, trusted by the students, creating emotional ties in the group.
  • Flexibility at your current job to take this challenge part-time as an external contractor.
  • Must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.
