As a business partner and trusted advisor, you will work directly with two members of Vista’s executive team to develop their executive and internal communications strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in executive and internal communications, preferably in a tech/e-commerce company
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication and change management strategies in a complex organization
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling messages
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to become a trusted advisor to senior executives
