What you will do
- Implement updates and changes in existing JIRA projects based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain new JIRA and Confluence projects including workflows, fields, and permission schemes.
- Provide daily support and troubleshooting for JIRA and Confluence users.
- Manage user access and security permissions in accordance with internal protocols.
- Develop and support custom dashboards and advanced filters for reporting.
- Extend platform functionality by managing and integrating third-party add-ons.
Requirements
- Experience with Jira and Confluence administration.
- Understanding of Jira Query Language (JQL).
- Experience working with REST API.
- English: Fluent communication skills required.
