What you will do
- Own and evolve commercial metrics (CAC, LTV, Gross Margin, unit economics).
- Deliver proactive insights for revenue growth, cost optimisation, and marketing ROI.
- Act as a strategic analytical partner to Finance and Commercial teams.
- Support forecasting, planning cycles, investor reporting, and board-level metrics.
- Develop commercial metrics frameworks and enhance dashboards/automated reporting.
- Manage ad-hoc analytical projects and conduct deep-dive analysis.
- Work with Engineering/Analytics Engineers on data capture, transformation, and storage.
- Contribute to dbt data modelling for clean, well-documented models.
- Solve data integrity and validity constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Growth, Commercial, Finance) to influence decisions.
- Help define and improve Data & Analytics function collaboration processes.
- Foster data enablement across the Lyka team and contribute to shared practices.
Requirements
- Experience in finance, commercial, or unit economics analysis.
- Experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Demonstrated ability to apply business context to data analysis (CAC, LTV, retention, margin, funnel performance).
- Strong SQL skills (window functions, partitioning, CTEs).
- Solid grasp of relational databases, data processing, and data cleansing.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Omni, Looker, Sigma, Tableau or similar).
- Experience with dbt or similar transformation tooling.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise in ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
