What you will do

  • Manage the entire content development lifecycle and deadlines.
  • Source and recruit top-tier subject-matter experts as instructors.
  • Collaborate with instructors to create engaging, technically accurate content.
  • Leverage off-the-shelf and in-house AI systems to scale high-quality course production.
  • Design and review content focused on data science and data engineering.
  • Assess course performance using learner feedback and engagement data to drive improvements.
  • Identify and prioritize curriculum gaps or new topics in data science and data engineering.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Belgium, Portugal, United Kingdom, or United States
  • Strong technical background in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and creating interactive, hands-on technical courses.
  • Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related STEM field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with agentic AI systems like Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, demonstrating significant productivity improvements.
