Product Marketing Manager (World of Tanks PC): Serving as the key interface between the product team and the global marketing function, ensuring product goals, player insights, and strategic directions are effectively translated into marketing actions with an accent on owning the product’s marketing vision and providing clear context and direction to the marketing organization. Focus on driving alignment, clarity, and measurable impact.
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office) in Nicosia, Cyprus. This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.

What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between the Product team and company's Marketing centre of expertise.
- Translate product objectives into clear marketing goals and deliverables.
- Partner with Marketing team to co-develop data-driven marketing and acquisition strategies.
- Own the product marketing roadmap, defining key priorities and ensuring coherent execution across all marketing channels.
- Analyze and present campaign and performance KPIs, turning insights into actionable recommendations for both product and marketing teams.
- Act as the brand steward for World of Tanks, ensuring all campaigns and communications reflect the product positioning and long-term brand goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing or strategic marketing within the video game industry.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge product and marketing functions, navigating cross-functional priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to turn data and insights into strategic action.
- Experience in planning and executing acquisition and branding campaigns.
- Passion for PC and online games.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

- Understanding of the free-to-play business model and player lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience managing marketing ROI and brand growth metrics.
- Comfort working in a matrix organization with shared ownership of outcomes.
