What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network-related issues within data centers and colocations.
- Manage and coordinate remote IT operations, collaborating with smart hands in co-located facilities.
- Travel for on-site installations and technical support as required.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors for project execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for service operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data center with network equipment, planning installations and technical problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of network technologies, server and network equipment.
- Proficiency in IT hardware components, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Console work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.
- Valid Driving License.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).
- ITIL or/and PMI Certification.
