What you will do

  • Support governance across the portfolio, coordinate reporting cycles, and establish forum structures
  • Produce and review documentation for governance meetings, including managing RAID and change control artefacts
  • Prepare packs for portfolio meetings and track actions, decisions, and minutes
  • Track project and portfolio costs, support forecasts, monitor spend, and highlight variances
  • Lead process improvement activities to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Coordinate training on PMO processes and coach junior analysts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in PMO and project planning within change or transformation portfolios
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Confidence working with financial data including forecasting and tracking portfolio costs
  • Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Location: Must be based in or near Cardiff, United Kingdom
  • Experience with PPM tools and P3O qualifications are advantageous
