What you will do
- Design and price insurance offers for the Canadian market.
- Monitor business performance and risks.
- Lead insurance-related projects.
- Help the team understand healthcare and insurance nuances.
- Contribute to defining product strategy for the Canadian market.
- Build insurance infrastructure from scratch.
Requirements
- Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
- At least 3+ years of experience in health insurance or life & disability insurance.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of sector trends and pricing decisions.
- Builder mindset to scale and optimize processes.
Nice to have
- Fluent in French.
- Proven experience in owning a project from start to finish.
- Experience coordinating with teams based in another country.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian health insurance market.
