What you will do

  • Own the partner pipeline number, building repeatable, trackable revenue contribution from your partner portfolio across intent and performance channels.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with intent providers and performance agencies, including co-selling motions, referral programmes, and integrated campaign plays.
  • Become the primary relationship owner for ICs at key partners, building deep ties across sales and customer success teams on both sides.
  • Generate partner-sourced leads and collaborate with internal teams to convert them into opportunities and measurable pipeline.
  • Onboard new performance agency partners who can drive qualified pipeline at scale.
  • Collaborate with marketing to build playbooks, enablement materials, and co-marketing assets for partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner development, channel sales, or alliances within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in Martech, ABM, or demand generation.
  • Familiarity with the intent data and B2B performance marketing landscape.
  • A commercial mindset with a track record of turning partnerships into measurable pipeline.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator comfortable working across sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Self-starter who can build structure and repeatability in a greenfield space.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Data-driven, measuring what matters and using insight to prioritise time and focus.
