What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies targeting DHS mission programs.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities by engaging DHS leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage full-lifecycle capture processes for large ($50M+) solicitation pursuits.
- Collaborate with proposal, pricing, and technical teams to craft winning responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build market insights.
- Maintain and forecast a healthy opportunity pipeline within the federal CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Proven track record of winning contracts through the full capture lifecycle.
- Strong background in technical writing and proposal development for federal agencies.
- Demonstrated leadership in organizing capture activities and assessing win probabilities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Existing relationships with TSA, ICE, CISA, or FEMA decision makers.
- Experience collaborating with technologists to tailor AI/ML solutions for government missions.
