Sales Operations Specialist (SaaS product operations): Leading transformative initiatives that will drive operational excellence across our SaaS product operations with an accent on identifying gaps and inefficiencies in sales processes. Focus on scoping requirements to solve for increased revenue, improved salesforce efficiency, and scaling our business effectively.
Location: Open to candidates in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto. Expectation for local Clions to be in office min. twice per week.
Salary: $78,200 to $105,800 CAD.

What you will do
- Segment-Centric operational improvement projects: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in our sales processes then define and scope requirements to solve for increased revenue, improved salesforce efficiency, and scaling our business effectively.
- Optimize the configuration and adoption of our Sales Organization’s tech stack (Gong, SalesLoft, and Chili Piper) and provide support for documentation and training.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market initiatives with other departments (Revenue Enablement, Marketing, Product, Sales).
- Partner and support multiple business stakeholders (legal, finance, marketing) to roadmap and develop operational best practices.
- Prioritize and support ad hoc requests and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations at a technology company
- Experience with configuring and using sales technologies is a bonus e.g. SalesLoft, Chili Piper, Gong, Chorus, ZoomInfo
- Proficient knowledge of SFDC objects, object relationships and reporting (Salesforce Admin certification is a bonus but not required)
- Meticulous organization, high standards of accuracy, and strong attention to detail
- Experience working with BI tools, analyzing data, and extracting insights.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new and changing systems / tools
