What you will do
- Identify and lead project discovery activities, including auditing, benchmarking, and senior stakeholder interviews.
- Synthesize discovery findings into actionable insights and strategic directions for UX, Design, and Content solutions.
- Develop KPI frameworks, measurement, and optimization plans.
- Create healthcare and hospital-centric personas, map customer journeys, and provide UX recommendations.
- Partner with Healthcare executive leaders and new business teams to develop world-class responses for new business pursuits.
- Lead experience strategy for end-to-end hospital and healthcare system digital transformation efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working in healthcare.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Highly strategic thinker with deep domain knowledge in all aspects of the healthcare industry.
- Experience designing and developing experience workshops for senior-level clients.
- Experience with US Healthcare and familiarity with digital operation challenges specific to healthcare systems.
- Deep understanding of Healthcare personalization strategies and HIPAA-Compliance.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior strategists.
