What you will do

  • Support EMEA Sales leadership with weekly forecast reviews and pipeline inspections.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in CRM and BI tools to monitor sales performance and pipeline health.
  • Ensure CRM data hygiene and enforce standardized pipeline management practices across the region.
  • Assist in quarterly planning cycles including target tracking and territory alignment.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure revenue visibility and reporting alignment.
  • Identify process gaps and document GTM workflows and internal playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL for data analysis.
  • Strong experience managing forecasting processes and pipeline reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be based in the EMEA region to support regional sales leadership.
