What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations of Shopify storefronts across multiple regions.
- Support trading activity including campaigns, launches, and promotions.
- Maintain site health through rigorous QA of updates and releases.
- Monitor core ecommerce metrics such as conversion rate, revenue and AOV.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience working with Shopify in a DTC environment.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, UX and conversion optimisation.
- Experience analysing performance using GA4 or ecommerce analytics tools.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with marketing, development and operations teams.
