What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Shopify storefronts across multiple regions.
  • Support trading activity including campaigns, launches, and promotions.
  • Maintain site health through rigorous QA of updates and releases.
  • Monitor core ecommerce metrics such as conversion rate, revenue and AOV.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience working with Shopify in a DTC environment.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, UX and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience analysing performance using GA4 or ecommerce analytics tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with marketing, development and operations teams.
