What you will do

  • Manage the Research Intelligence (RI) portfolio across the Middle East and Central Asia.
  • Own and drive renewals and upsell opportunities, including multi-year contracts.
  • Partner closely with Senior Account Managers to grow revenue and expand accounts.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, CSMs, Product, and Operations for renewal execution.
  • Review and negotiate contract terms while maintaining accurate data in CRM systems.
  • Build strong customer relationships and promote the wider Elsevier RI portfolio.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial, sales, or renewal-focused role
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, contracts, and sales operations
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
  • Proven self-starter with experience managing complex renewals
