What you will do

  • Lead account renewal, retention, and growth processes, including contract negotiation.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports on account status.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally in early-stage SaaS environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, with a strong ability to engage prospects and drive subscription-based sales.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of VETRO’s business model and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use it to inform strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other account management tools.
