What you will do

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored for social platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with production and growth teams to maximize shoot efficiency and ensure content is optimized for various placements.
  • Handle end-to-end post-production including color grading, sound design, captioning, and motion graphics.
  • Create diverse cut-downs, hooks, and variations based on campaign performance insights.
  • Translate complex or sensitive medical topics into engaging, human-centric visual stories.
  • Manage and organize video assets to maintain a library for future testing and iteration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in professional videography and video editing with a strong portfolio.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Technical expertise with professional camera equipment such as Sony FX6, FX3, or A7S III.
  • Solid understanding of lighting, audio fundamentals, and composition.
  • Demonstrable experience in creating content that performs on social and paid media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
