What you will do
- Search for candidates for tech and non-tech roles, including Executive, across various sources like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up for feedback.
- Maintain and organize the candidate database (Greenhouse) and ensure hiring teams follow guidelines.
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience at an agency or in-house recruitment.
- Good command of English.
- Self-discipline.
