What you will do
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for IT services deployed in AWS GovCloud, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and CJIS requirements.
- Partner with InfoSec and compliance teams to implement secure-by-design principles and deliver audit-ready cloud solutions.
- Own the lifecycle of cloud-based IT products and services, emphasizing scalability, automation, and cost optimization.
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for IT services tailored for government clients.
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams, government stakeholders, and internal leadership.
- Establish KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and compliance readiness in cloud-based government IT environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in IT or cloud product management, with a strong focus on highly secure, regulated environments (e.g., GovCloud, FedRAMP, DoD, etc.).
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS models—particularly in government-regulated cloud ecosystems.
- Proven success in driving large-scale, secure, and compliant platform initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements in public sector cloud environments.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working across cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, legal, and government stakeholders.
