What you will do

  • Manage privileged accounts and secrets using the CyberArk Privilege Cloud solution.
  • Implement account and application onboarding using CyberArk connectors and plugins.
  • Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and compliance reporting for privileged assets.
  • Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests related to PAM configurations.
  • Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with vendors to mitigate security risks.
  • Create technical documentation and conduct training sessions on PAM best practices and SOPs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience specifically in CyberArk Privilege Cloud.
  • University degree in Business, Information Technology, or relevant industry certifications (e.g., CyberArk CDE, Guardian).
  • Proficiency in identity governance, privileged access management, and compliance auditing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

  • Experience with scripting using Python or PowerShell for automation.
  • Knowledge of secrets management via Conjur or Secrets Hub.
  • Familiarity with cloud integrations including AWS or Azure.
  • Experience using monitoring and security tools like SIEM or Sysmon.
