What you will do

  • Partner with customers as a trusted technical advisor to guide building on services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with prospects and sales teams to address technical requirements and support deal closure.
  • Architect and implement distributed systems solutions that address complex customer needs.
  • Build and maintain open source SDKs and reference implementations.
  • Oversee customer implementations and proactively resolve technical roadblocks.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to extend core capabilities for strategic client opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science and 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Expert-level knowledge of REST and WebSocket APIs.
  • Proven ability to design and build solutions to complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Ability to work effectively with demanding cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the responsible use of generative AI tools.
