What you will do

  • Own and execute outbound prospecting strategies targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Design and iterate agentic AI workflows to automate outreach, qualification, and follow-up sequences.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel sequences using HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align outbound messaging for CHRO and VP Talent personas.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and document agent architectures to ensure scalability and compliance.
  • Build performance dashboards in HubSpot to track pipeline health and agent efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in demand generation, BDR management, or sales development.
  • Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered automation for marketing or sales workflows.
  • Deep proficiency in HubSpot including workflows and reporting.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS environments selling to enterprise C-Suite targets.
  • Familiarity with intent data platforms and agentic AI frameworks or prompt engineering.
