What you will do
- Own and execute outbound prospecting strategies targeting enterprise accounts.
- Design and iterate agentic AI workflows to automate outreach, qualification, and follow-up sequences.
- Build and optimize multi-channel sequences using HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to align outbound messaging for CHRO and VP Talent personas.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and document agent architectures to ensure scalability and compliance.
- Build performance dashboards in HubSpot to track pipeline health and agent efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in demand generation, BDR management, or sales development.
- Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered automation for marketing or sales workflows.
- Deep proficiency in HubSpot including workflows and reporting.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS environments selling to enterprise C-Suite targets.
- Familiarity with intent data platforms and agentic AI frameworks or prompt engineering.
