What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Proposal Consultants, providing clear operational and tactical direction.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor new and existing talent within the team.
  • Drive operational excellence in client request delivery and proactively manage escalations.
  • Own and drive the Knowledge and Content Management agenda, including data structures and review processes.
  • Lead initiatives to automate workflows and leverage Artificial Intelligence.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure impactful delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in presales, solutions consulting, or sales support for enterprise software.
  • Solid track record in overseeing accurate and timely delivery of RFx or DDQ requests.
  • Extensive leadership capabilities in recruiting, developing, and expanding high-performing delivery teams.
  • Proactive mindset, sound business acumen, and strong analytical thinking.
  • Fluency in English.
