What you will do

  • Collaborate with Resident Solutions Architects on designing and executing HashiCorp tool implementations.
  • Create automation, runbooks, and support documentation for enterprise solutions.
  • Consult with application and operations teams on tool integrations and service adoption.
  • Execute tasks supporting the client's cloud transformation journey and Cloud Operating Model.
  • Educate customer users on best practices for system administration and infrastructure observability.
  • Assist in the configuration and application of software patches in non-production environments.

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Proficiency operating Linux and Windows systems.
  • Foundational knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Familiarity with at least one public cloud provider and common security/compliance requirements.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms and work effectively within a group.
