What you will do

  • Design, implement, and manage the global renewals workflow within Salesforce CRM to optimize efficiency.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for renewal metrics and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Analyze churn data to identify at-risk customers and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams on revenue recognition and bookings.
  • Lead audits of renewal opportunities and contracts to ensure data accuracy for commissions and financial reporting.
  • Serve as a power user for renewals reporting platforms and optimize system integrations.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Frisco, Texas, USA with hybrid work onsite 2-3 days per week
  • 4 to 6 years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Renewals Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, flow logic), Google Sheets, and familiarity with SQL or BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into strategic business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain operational processes to non-technical stakeholders.
