What you will do
- Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
- Own and prioritize product backlog, translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations for high-quality, timely releases
- Lead internal rollouts and training to drive adoption across teams
- Define product success metrics and optimize based on data and user feedback
- Ensure regulatory compliance by working closely with Compliance and Risk teams
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech
- Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs and system architecture
- Excellent communication skills to translate business objectives into technical requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Based in or open to relocating to Malaysia
