What you will do

  • Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
  • Own and prioritize product backlog, translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations for high-quality, timely releases
  • Lead internal rollouts and training to drive adoption across teams
  • Define product success metrics and optimize based on data and user feedback
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by working closely with Compliance and Risk teams

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech
  • Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs and system architecture
  • Excellent communication skills to translate business objectives into technical requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • Based in or open to relocating to Malaysia
