What you will do
- Develop test and characterization software for automated test equipment (ATE).
- Create test cases for complex mixed-signal IP and define test hardware requirements.
- Debug test software, hardware, and silicon bugs.
- Support new products from bring-up through qualification and productization.
- Implement strategies to reduce test time and improve cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with global design, verification, DFT, validation, and product engineering teams to identify test coverage gaps.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Austin, United States
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
- Understanding of microcontroller and applications processor architectures.
- Proficiency in reading and writing code; knowledge of C/C++, VBA, Java, Python, Ruby is beneficial.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
