What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for enterprise sales and support roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple markets.
  • Ensure a consistent, positive, and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Help improve recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Contribute market insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for business or go-to-market roles (such as Sales, Business Development, Customer Engineering, or Customer Success).
  • Experience hiring across international markets, ideally within Europe.
  • Familiarity with European talent markets (for example, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, or similar).
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage candidates proactively.
  • Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
