What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of mobile engineers, ensuring high standards for performance and code quality.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to shape and execute the mobile product roadmap.
  • Manage team performance, professional development, and hiring processes as the function scales.
  • Own mobile app reliability, release cycles, and overall architectural integrity.
  • Ensure mobile experiences are secure, intuitive, and aligned with cross-platform consistency.
  • Foster a culture of craftsmanship, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in engineering management including coaching and performance reviews.
  • 5+ years of hands-on mobile development experience with a focus on Flutter or Kotlin Multiplatform.
  • Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture.
  • Experience scaling production-grade applications used by large user bases.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, mobile observability, and app store release workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate technical trade-offs.

Nice to have

  • Native development fundamentals in Kotlin and Swift.
  • Experience with mobile security practices and PCI compliance standards.
  • Proven track record of managing mobile analytics and error reporting tools.
